Small rotary dampers can be connected by screwing or snapping into a component to provide dampened movements. With Gear control the speed and acceleration of a movement in a travelling body. Simple to install, they can be fitted as part of an assembly. Available in a range of torques and gear profiles. They are primarily used in kinematic components in the interior of vehicles (e.g. folding compartments, cupholders etc.) as well as in numerous applications outside the automotive industry (e.g. refrigerator compartments, printer flaps etc.).
