Dobond has imported advanced production equipment, processing and testing lines from Japan. Totally we have over 115 sets of equipment for molding injection, automatic assembly, test and intellectualized warehouse management, such as injection machines like FAUNC, ENGEL, Sumitomo and automatic assembly workshop, but also adopts excellent technology and scientific management to guarantee the first-class products in the field. We also passed the IATF16949 quality system certification and obtained over 50 patent certificates.
In logistic and warehouse field, Dobond adopts intellectualized warehouse management. Its warehouses are equipped with sophisticated robots handling automated fulfillment, the warehouse keeper will strictly follow the regulations related to intelligent logistics warehousing and code scanning system to ensure the first in, first out and correct placement of materials.
